CBC Finder is a matching service and is not a lender. CBC Finder does not make credit decisions and does not set loan terms. Any decision and terms are determined by participating providers.
1) Overview of the service
CBC Finder provides an online platform that allows users to submit a request and be connected with participating third‑party providers who may evaluate the request and respond. CBC Finder may provide a secure dashboard experience to view status updates and next steps.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use this site. Availability may vary by state and provider criteria.
3) Not a guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or funding. Participating providers may require additional information and verification.
4) Authorization to share information
By submitting information through CBC Finder, you authorize CBC Finder to share your submitted information with participating providers and service providers for the purpose of evaluating your request and providing related services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5) Communications (transactional)
CBC Finder may communicate with you about your account and request. If you opt in to CBC Finder SMS, we may send transactional-only messages such as status updates, reminders, and one-time verification codes. Message frequency varies. Participating providers that receive your information may contact you separately under their own policies and terms.
6) Acceptable use
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
- You agree not to use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- You agree not to interfere with site security or access controls.
7) Accounts & security
If you create an account or access the dashboard, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share passwords or verification codes.
8) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CBC FINDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. CBC FINDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS OR TERMS PROVIDED BY PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS.
9) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CBC FINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
